The general admission requirement to Tallinn Pedagogical College is secondary education evidenced by a respective certificate – secondary school leaving certificate, certificate on acquiring secondary vocational education, other respective certificates and diplomas from previous systems and foreign qualifications giving access to higher education.
Foreigners are admitted on the ground of a contract.

There are no age limits.

Admission is effected according to the results of the entrance exams.

Requirements for applicants:

Undergraduate students

• Application – to be filled on the spot;
• Certificate of secondary education and a copy of it. Certificate of national exams and a copy of it. Copies can be confirmed also by the Admission Board of TPC. (In case of the change of name an appropriate document and a copy of it are required.);
• Passport or ID card and a copy of it. Citizens of other countries living permanently in Estonia should have a valid stamp/visa;
• 4 photos 3 by 4 cm;
• Medical certificate.

Extramural students (distance students)

• Application – to be filled on the spot;
• Certificate of secondary education and a copy of it. Certificate of national exams and a copy of it. Copies can be confirmed also by the Admission Board of TPC. (In case of the change of name an appropriate document and a copy of it are required.);
• Passport or ID card and a copy of it. Citizens of other countries living permanently in Estonia should have a valid stamp/visa;
• Reference of employer;
• 4 photos 3 by 4 cm.

Advanced training

• Application – to be filled on the spot;
• Certificate of secondary education and a copy of it. Certificate of national exams and a copy of it. Copies can be confirmed also by the Admission Board of TPC. (In case of the change of name an appropriate document and a copy of it are required.);
• Reference of employer;
• Passport or ID card and a copy of it.
